When a ticket wins multiple Free Plays, each Free Play is printed on a separate ticket.

Players have the option to add up to 10 Extras to each Free Play Ticket, with each Extra costing $1.

When you tap Pay Prize, you have committed to validating the ticket. You must either scan a Free Ticket (Traditional or Activation Ticket) or pay cash in lieu.

Issue a Free Ticket whenever possible.

Use Cancel Operation button only if you don’t have tickets of the prize value and must pay cash in lieu.

Tapping Cancel Operation does not cancel the validation and you must pay cash in lieu of the Free Ticket to complete the validation.

Note: Issuing a Traditional Ticket or opting to pay cash in lieu will cause your daily reconciliation to be unbalanced.
